Alfred Nobel

Alfred Nobel is one of the most famous Swedish persons. He was the man who invented the dynamite. He also wrote in his will that a lot of his money should become a price, the nobel price, that people who had done great things in chemistry, physics, physiology, medicine, literature or work for peace should get. Alfred invented 355 things during his lifetime. He was born in 1833 and he died in 1896. As a child he was week and sick so he only managed to go to school for a little while, but he was smart and asked many questions. Most of the time he worked with his father Immanuel Nobel. His mothers name was Adriett Nobel. He had eight siblings but only four of them got old.
